Richard Petruška (born January 25, 1969) is a retired Slovak basketball player. A 6'10" and 260 lbs forward-center born in Levice, Czechoslovakia (present Slovakia), he played college basketball at Loyola Marymount and University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in the United States.
Petruška was selected by the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association with the 46th overall pick (2nd round) of the 1993 NBA Draft. He played in 22 games for the Rockets during the 1993-94 NBA season and scored 53 total points.
Richard Petruska currently lives in Gran Canaria (Spain) and is Training for the CBA (Canarias Basketball Academy)
