Richard T. Warner
Richard T. Warner is the host of "Georgia's Business"[1] on Georgia Public Television and the Chief Executive Officer of What's Up Interactive.
Biography
In his 29th year as host and managing editor of Georgia's Business, a weekly series that airs on nine PBS stations throughout Georgia, Warner has interviewed more than 500 CEOs one-on-one including the heads of UPS, Delta, CitiGroup, Turner Broadcasting, AFLAC and Equifax.
He serves on Governor Sonny Perdue’s Georgia Film, Video and Music Advisory Commission; the Grady Board of Trust of the University of Georgia’s Henry W. Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication; Atlanta’s Grady Hospital Board; and is a past president of the American Marketing Association’s Atlanta chapter. He has also been a syndicated business and marketing commentator on more than 250 radio stations across the U.S.
Warner is a frequent speaker on topics surrounding business, technology and interactive marketing and has served as moderator and emcee for events held by the Technology Association of Georgia, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Women in Technology, the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Trend Magazine, the Business Marketing Association, the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and many others.
