Rigoberto Cisneros Dueñas (born 15 August 1953) is a Mexican football defender who played for Mexico in the 1978 FIFA World Cup.^[1] He also played for Deportivo Toluca.

Cisneros played club football for Deportivo Toluca F.C., C.F. Monterrey, Club Universidad de Guadalajara and C.D. Guadalajara.
