Riverstone Energy

Riverstone Energy Limited (LSE: RSE) is a Guernsey-domiciled, closed-ended company planning to invest in energy companies and assets worldwide, focusing on exploration and production of oil and gas, and their storage and transportation.[1] Established by Riverstone Holdings in 2013, its board of directors includes Lord Browne[2] and was the subject of a £760m Initial Public Offering in October 2013.[3] It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.
