Robert C. Chambers

Robert Charles "Chuck" Chambers (born 1952^[1] in Cabell County, West Virginia) was a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates from 1978 to 1996 and Speaker from 1986 to 1996.^[2]

He was appointed by Bill Clinton as a Federal District Court Judge in the West Virginia Southern District. He has served in that position since 1997.^[1]^[3]
