Robert L. Bailey

Robert L. Bailey (August 7, 1892 December 23, 1957) was the fourth Lieutenant Governor of Arkansas, serving as Governor Carl Edward Bailey's lieutenant governor, as well as Governor Homer Martin Adkins' first lieutenant governor.
