The Royal Group 皇家集团 is Cambodia's largest, diversified conglomerate and holding company with investments in various industries in the country including telecommunication, media, banking, insurance, resorts, education, property, trading and agriculture.[1] It is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The company is chaired by Chairman Neak Oknha Kith Meng, and his brother as Vice Chairman Oknha Kit Thieng.

Royal Cambodia Co Ltd is established as a general trading company operating out of Australia in 1989 The Royal Group of Companies is incorporated in the Kingdom of Cambodia in * 1990 Royal Management and Investment Trust is established in 1990

- Strong trading links with the government are formed during the UNTAC administration
- Sole distributorship of Canon products in Cambodia is secured
- Distributorship of Motorola products in Cambodia is obtained

- Sole distributorship of Bell Helicopter in Cambodia is secured

- Cambodian Broadcasting Corporation, a terrestrial UHF television service trading under the brand CTN, is established through Modern Times Group, a joint venture company
- Sole distributorship of Samsung electronic products in Cambodia is obtained
- Sole distributorship of Siemens electronic products in Cambodia is acquired
- ANZ Royal Bank is established through a partnership with Australia New Zealand Banking Group Limited, bringing world-quality banking services to Cambodia
- CTN, which remains Cambodia's top-rated TV station today, is launched in the U.S.A., Australia and New Zealand
- Infinity Insurance is established through a partnership with Infinity Financial Solutions, backed by Swiss Re, delivering international-standard insurance products to Cambodia
- A joint venture with QSR Brands, which operates KFC and Pizza Hut restaurants all across Asia, brings the first international fastfood chain to Cambodia
- Exclusive rights for HBO, Cinemax and the Disney Channels in Cambodia are obtained through CEPCO, a TV channel distribution company
- Royal Park Resort, Cambodia's first 6-star resort, through a joint venture with the Oberoi Group, begins development in Siem Reap, closest to the Angkor Wat temple complex

- MobiTel: (www.cellcard.com.kh), formerly a joint venture between The Royal Group and Millicom International Cellular, is now wholly owned by The Royal Group following an acquisition in November 2009. in Cambodia since 1997, the company has alleged market shares exceeding 67% for over 8 years. Operating 3.5G in the major urban centers and EDGE nationwide, MobiTel has cornered the telecommunication industry in the country with over 85% of all cities, towns and villages covered.
- Royal Telecam: International is the second licensed international gateway in the Kingdom, carrying the majority of all international voice traffic. RTI was also a joint venture with Millicom, and is now wholly owned by the Royal Group.
- TeleSURF: TeleSURF is Cambodia's first broadband service with a coverage that extends to all the country's major cities. Utilizing wireless broadband technology.
- Ezecom : Internet provider with a country wide fibre optic network. In 2011 EZECOM acquired Telcotech - the only Cambodian member of the AAG cable, so moving into the wholesale market.

- Rock Entertainment Centre is the largest entertainment center in Phnom Penh. With a nightclub, casino and spa, it is one of Phnom Penh's locations.

- Royal Park Resort: located in Siem Reap, gateway to the Angkor region
- Titan King Casino & Resort: Titan King Resort & Casino, is a resort and casino complex located close to the border with Vietnam.
- Hotel Cambodiana, the first hotel to be awarded 5 stars in Cambodia, is the only luxury hotel located on Phnom Penh's waterfront at the confluence of the historic Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers.
- Property development
- Royal Tower: Royal Tower will be Phnom Penh’s first Grade A office building by Hong Kong standards. At 36 floors and 65,000 m² it will be a landmark building located at the intersection of Monivong Blvd. and the Russian Federation Blvd. Construction will be completed in mid-2013.
- Koh Rong Island Resort - is an ecologically sustainable Cambodian island. resort[6]

Trading
The Royal Group maintains trading partnerships with a names in product design and technology. These include nationwide exclusive distributor agreements with Canon, Motorola, Samsung, and Siemens.
The Royal Group is the sole representative in the country of Bell Helicopter.
The Royal Group brings the first international fastfood chain to Cambodia through a joint venture with QSR Brands, which operates numerous KFC and Pizza Hut restaurants across Asia.
