K-239 Carp (Russian: Карп) was a Russian Sierra-class submarine. She was launched in 1983 and laid up in 1997. The submarine is planned to re-enter active duty by 2017 after overhaul. According to the shipyard Zvezdochka the submarine's titanium hull is in good shape.[1]
