Séamus Kennedy (born 26 June 1993) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays as a right wing-back for the Tipperary senior team.[1]

Born in Clonmel, County Tipperary, Kennedy first excelled at Gaelic games in his youth. He arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of sixteen when he first linked up with the Tipperary minor teams as a dual player before later joining the under-21 sides. He made his senior football debut during the 2015 championship. Kennedy immediately became a regular member of the starting fifteen.

At club level Kennedy is a one-time championship medal with Clonmel Commercials.[2] He also plays hurling with St. Mary's.
