SM City Trece Martires is an upcoming mall owned by SM Prime Holdings. It will be the fifth SM Supermall in the province of Cavite. SM City Trece Martires will be located on Governor's Dr. cor. Capital Rd., Brgy. San Agustin, Trece Martires, Cavite, Philippines.[1] The mall will open on May 13, 2016. It is also the 5th SM Supermall to be located at Cavite after SM City Bacoor, SM City Dasmariñas, SM City Molino and SM City Rosario.
The mall has a gross floor area of 80,715 m2 (868,810 sq ft) situated on 49,498 m2 (532,790 sq ft) of land.
