State Route 168 (SR-168, known as Governor John Sevier Highway) is a state highway in Knox County, Tennessee, that is 18.1 miles long. Its western terminus is with US Route 129/State Route 115 (Alcoa Highway), and its eastern terminus is with US-11/US-11E/US-11W/SR-1.
