Samir Azzimani
Samir Azzimani (Arabic: سمير عزيماني, born October 22, 1977) is an alpine and nordic skier[1][2] who competed for Morocco at the 2010 Winter Olympics.[3] and at the 2015 Nordic ski World Championships in Falun, Sweden.
He is a Moroccan who grew up in a rough area of Colombes and had eight schoolchildren from Woippy to accompany him to Vancouver so they could experience the Olympics. As Morocco's sole competitor at the games he served as his nation's flag bearer.[4]
