Seaholme is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 13 km south-west of Melbourne's central business district. Its local government area is the City of Hobsons Bay. At the 2011 Census, Seaholme had a population of 1,865.

The suburb is a bayside enclave within the larger suburb of Altona, bounded in the west by Millers Road and in the north by the Altona Coastal Park.

The suburb has its own railway station.

Seaholme Post Office opened on 2 July 1951 and closed in 1971.[2]
