Weale's running frog, Weale's frog, or rattling frog (Semnodactylus wealii) is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family.[2] It is monotypic within the genus Semnodactylus.[3] It is found in Lesotho, South Africa, and Swaziland.[2]
Weale's running frog is a common frog mostly occurring in grassland habitats; in Western Cape it is also found in fynbos heath. It breeds in ponds with emergent vegetation.[1]
