Cathy feels scared about what Manang said, that no one is not over-timing and no one stays long. Cathy becomes suspicious and she tells Mari that there is ghost in the room so they find another room to sleep.

After Manang leaves, Cathy tells Mari that Manang said her that no one stays much longer there. Cathy dreams of Dr. Corpuz killing Consuelo (Isabel Granada). Cathy suddenly wakes up with a scream after Consuelo screams. Cathy cooks a tocino and egg, then she goes to the clinic, when she looks at her hand, her hands have blood on them. Mari wakes up and gets the egg and tocino that was overcooked, he washes it and goes to the clinic. Cathy said that she has blood on her fingers, but when she looks her fingers, it no longer has blood on them

Mari goes to the clinic of Dr. Corpuz and wears a ring of Dr. Corpuz. The ring cannot be removed and now Dr. Corpuz can possess Mari. One night when Mari and Cathy have dinner, Cathy tells Mari that Manang said that some spirits cannot pass away. Dr. Corpuz possesses Mari and throws the plate to Mari. When Cathy slaps him, Dr. Corpuz gets expelled from the body of Mari. Mari said that Dr. Corpuz can possess him. Dr. Corpuz possesses Mari again while Cathy goes to the clinic and locks it. She sees that Consuelo had tried to kill Dr. Corpuz but Dr. Corpuz kills her instead, she then sees Dr. Corpuz kill himself. Mari, still possessed by Dr. Corpuz, opens the door and tries to kill Cathy but she struggles with him and Dr. Corpuz is once again expelled from the body and Cathy asks if Mari is now himself. Mari appears and asks her to cut the ring but Cathy cannot do it. Mari begs her so she cuts the ring along with his finger and throws into the fire. Bogart (Joey Marquez), a handicapped and overmodest patient, has feelings for Dra. Kalbaryo (Daisy Romualdez), his arrogant but affectionate doctor, who does his check-up. After Kalbaryo finishes his check-up, Bogart's friend Tiffany (Carmina Villaroel) visits him in his room and started to talk. As Tiffany leaves, Melanie (Sylvia Sanchez), a troubled and flirtatious nurse begins to have sex with Bogart. When Dra. Kalbaryo returns, she is enraged at seeing them have sex with each other and fires Melanie. Kalbaryo berates Bogart for his love to her and reveals her family heritage. Kalbaryo later reveals herself to be a witch, born under her great grandfather who is a witch doctor. When Bogart refuse to profess his love to Kalbaryo, she begins to torture him by performing voodoo on him using his hair and a voodoo doll. As Kalbaryo was being paged and left, Tiffany had left her books in the hospital and return to Bogart's room that was clad in a tiki hut. Bogart urges Tiffany to help him escape.

Kalbaryo, who had noticed that Bogart had escaped, finds him hiding in the nursery room with Tiffany and turns all the babies into tiyanaks. Bogart and Tiffany manage to escape and hide in the zoology laboratory where they find Melanie. After they explain to her about Kalbaryo, Melanie told them that witches use body parts from their victims in their voodoo dolls to perform their voodoo. Tiffany realized that she had Kalbaryo's hairbrush earlier after they bumped each other. Melanie must make a fake paging to Dra. Kalbaryo to allow Tiffany to enter the room and replace Kalbaryo's hair into Bogart's voodoo doll.

Melanie hides Bogart at a morgue for protection but Kalbaryo cast a spell to reincarnate the bodies of the bus crash victims from the morgue. After Kalbaryo left, Tiffany sneaks into the room and manage to replace the hair in the voodoo doll. Kalbaryo returns and caught Tiffany, after she had replaced the hair, taking the voodoo doll away from her. She tells Tiffany to watch as she turns her friend into a frog but unaware to her of the doll that has her hair, she had turned herself into a frog. Meanwhile, Bogart and Melanie were attacked by the reincarnated bus victims. Tiffany manage to reverse the spell, saving them.

As the trio began celebrating; Melanie notice Kalbaryo, who was still a frog, following them and urging for help. After being insulted by Kalbaryo, Melanie takes her in the zoology laboratory where she will be used for dissecting frogs.

Aswang

Portia (Manilyn Reynes)was invited by her friend (Ana Roces) to spend fiesta in their far flung barrio. During the first day, Portia was warned by the tricycle driver (Richard Gomez) that all the people in the barrio are aswang and she was encouraged to go home before it's too late. However, Portia didn't mind what the tricycle driver said and decided to stay in the area. In the other side of the barrio, Portia's other two male friends (Aljon Jimenez and Anjo Yllana) are also visiting the area and also informed Portia about the rumor that all of the people in the barrios are aswang. Portia was not convinced and still wanted to stay since she trusted her friend that everything will be alright. On the night of the fiesta, Portia started to have a gut feeling that the rumors are true and tried to escape instead. Unfortunately, she went into an area where the aswang also keep their other prey. Surprisingly, Portia discovered that one of the people there is the tricycle driver (Richard Gomez)she spoke the day before.

Portia was seen by the people in the barrio and convinced her that the man was insane and she was returned to her friend's house. Back in the house, Portia's friend her are talking about the incident and she was offered with a tea. Portia's friend assured her that everything are just rumor and they are not aswang. While having the conversation, Portia's friend looked away from her and Portia immediately switched the tea they are about to drink. Portia's friend drank the tea (that is supposed to be for Portia) and also Portia took a sip from the tea (that is supposed to be for her friend). After drinking, Portia's friend confess that yes its true that all of them are aswang and they will offer Portia's body as their annual sacrifice every fiesta ( her friend confess since she thought that Portia will fall asleep from the tea she had given where in fact she is the one who took it).

Portia's friend fell asleep and then Portia immediately put her friends body on her bed (she wraps that head with a blanket) and she sleeps on her friend's bed. The barrio people came and got Portia's friend body instead of her. Portia manages to escape the barrio and meet up with her two male friends. The aswang (along with the leader) attacked them and killed one of their friends. In the long run, Portia and her other male friend was able to kill the leader of the aswang by shooting it with a rosary using a slingshot in the head and drive their way far away from the barrio.
