Siim-Sander Vene (born November 12, 1990) is an Estonian professional basketball player, who currently plays for Žalgiris Kaunas of the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL). He can play both forward positions.

Career

Vene started his senior club career in 2005 at the age of 14 in TTÜ KK. In 2006 he went to play in the Žalgiris-Arvydas Sabonis school in Lithuania. From there he moved to Kaunas TRIOBET and eventually to Lithuanian powerhouse Žalgiris Kaunas. In the 2010–11 season he played in Germany for EnBW Ludwigsburg.[1] After that he returned to Lithuania to play once again for BC Baltai (previously known as Kaunas TRIOBET). In February 2012 Vene signed with Latvian powerhouse BC VEF Rīga.[2] In 2012 Vene signed a contract with Lithuanian bronze medal team BC Prienai. He returned to Žalgiris Kaunas in July 2013.[3]
