Sikander "Xander" Rizvi (Urdu: سکندر رضوی) is a Pakistani film actor and chef, known for playing the lead role in the romantic comedy Dekh Magar Pyar Se along with Humaima Malick. Born to Jehan-Rizvi family; where his grandparents Noor Jehan and Shaukat Hussain Rizvi and other relatives Sonya Jehan, Zille Huma and Ahmed Ali Butt are all silver screen personalities. He owns a cafe in Karachi.

Career

Rizvi started his acting career in 2015 with his debut film Dekh Magar Pyar Se playing the lead role opposite Humaima Malick, the romantic comedy was directed by Asad ul Haq and scripted by Saba Imtiaz.[1][2][3] The film was released on the Independence Day, 14 August 2015.[4]

Rizvi also played a supporting role in the upcoming war action film Yalghaar opposite Shaan Shahid, Humayun Saeed, and Adnan Siddiqui, directed and written by Hassan Waqas Rana.[5] The film is based on the true story of Second Battle of Swat, also known as Swat Operation.[6] The film is set to be released on December 25, 2015.

Personal life

Sikander is the son of Pakistani father Akbar Hussain Rizvi and French mother Florence Villiers Rizvi and he is also the boyfriend of pakistan's supermodel Ayesha omer.Flo.[3][7] He is the brother of the actress Sonya Jehan and the grandson of the well-known actress/singer Noor Jehan and film producer Shaukat Hussain Rizvi.[3][8] He is also known as Xander among family and close friends, and owns a cafe named Xander's in Karachi.[2][7]
