Snooker at the Summer Paralympics
Snooker was contested at the Summer Paralympics from the first Paralympics in 1960 in Rome and last contested at the 1988 Summer Paralympics, with the exception of the 1980 games. It was only contested by male competitors over its Paralympic history. Over the period it was contested at the Paralympics, it was dominated by Great Britain, which won 10 gold medals in the sport, including four gold medals won by Michael Shelton.
