Snow Mountain Garlic (commonly known as Kashmiri Garlic) is a variety of garlic found in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir.[1]"This Garlic is harvested once a year in the Himalayan Mountains (also known as the Himalayas). Snow mountain garlic provides an abundance of health benefits such as increased energy and stamina, diminished joints and muscle pain, and a reduced chance of having heart disease and diabetes.[2]
