South Street is a stop on the MBTA Green Line's "B" branch from Boston College to Government Center. It is between Boston College and Chestnut Hill Avenue. There is no parking available.
In 2005, the station became the penultimate station before the western terminus at Boston College when the Greycliff Road stop closed down.[2]
South Street is the lowest-ridership stop on the "B" Branch, with just 235 daily boardings at a 2007 survey.[1]
