Southern State Correctional Facility (New Jersey)

Southern State Correctional Facility (SSCF) is a prison for men located in Delmont, Maurice River Township, New Jersey.[1][2][3] It is a part of the New Jersey Department of Corrections. It is adjacent to Bayside State Prison.[3]

Its operations began in 1983. Its buildings consist of prefabricated units. Prisoners live in dormitory housing as opposed to individual cells.[4]
