Epping St John's, formerly known as St John's Church of England Voluntary Controlled School is a school in Epping, Essex.[1][2] The school has a specialty in engineering. On Wednesday 4 September 2013 Epping St. John’s, the first new secondary school in Epping for over 50 years, opened its doors to its excited new students. After years of planning, designing and building the finishing touches had been made to the multi-million pound building. Now stands a state of the art building.[3] The school is highly popular and displays good results. The school is also part of a sixth form (established in September 2015), also known as the 'Epping Forest District Sixth Form', which is a consortium of local secondary schools that offer different A-levels.
The headteacher is currently Mr Allan Osborne who started in January 2016.
