Stachnikville, Illinois

Stacknikville is a desolate ghost town in Tazewell County, Illinois, United States. Once a thriving community of local coal miners, this town fell on hard times in the late 19th century.[1] The only thing that still remains is the Hillman Street Barn. Much of the original town has been demolished for farming.
