Stan Lee's Lucky Man is a British drama television series created by Stan Lee and Neil Biswas, originally appearing on Sky 1 beginning on 22 January 2016. Neil Biswas is the show-runner for Series 1. Set in London, the series' main character is Harry Clayton, a talented Detective Inspector and gambling addict, who is gifted with an ancient bracelet that endows the wearer with immense luck. Investigating crimes alongside his partner Suri, and guided by the enigmatic benefactor of his bracelet, Eve, Clayton uses his new ability to combat common criminals, and those who want the power of the bracelet for themselves.

Synopsis

Harry Clayton is a talented but flawed Detective Inspector (DI) with the London Murder Squad. His gambling addiction has cost him his wife and daughter, and indebted him for thousands of pounds to a casino owner.[1] His life changes when he meets a mysterious woman called Eve in the casino. After spending the night with her, he wakes to find an irremovable and indestructible antique bracelet around his wrist, a bracelet that brings him an immense amount of luck, but creates an equal share of bad luck for others. Clayton discovers that a mysterious and powerful man named Golding is trying to retrieve the bracelet for himself. Golding's influence and manipulation lead to Clayton's arrest and imprisonment. After escaping, Clayton confronts Golding, who attempts to force Clayton to kill himself by threatening to drown his daughter. Clayton frees his daughter just as an armed police response unit arrive.
