Stary Grodków [ˈstarɨ ˈɡrɔtkuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Skoroszyce, within Nysa County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north of Skoroszyce, 21 km (13 mi) north of Nysa, and 38 km (24 mi) west of the regional capital Opole.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
