Stary Wołów [ˈstarɨ ˈvɔwuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wołów, within Wołów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] The earliest mention concerning the village dates from 13th century. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north of Wołów, and 39 kilometres (24 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
