Starzyny [staˈʐɨnɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szczekociny, within Zawiercie County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north of Szczekociny, 36 km (22 mi) north-east of Zawiercie, and 76 km (47 mi) north-east of the regional capital Katowice.
The village has a population of 260.
