Stephanie Seguino is a professor of economics at the College of Arts and Sciences, University of Vermont (UVM), Burlington, Vermont, USA,^[1] and was the president of the International Association for Feminist Economics (IAFFE) from 2010 to 2011.^[2] She has also carried out research for both the United Nations and the World Bank.^[3]

Her research considers the effect of globalization on income distribution and well-being.^[1]

Education

Seguino gained her doctorate in economics from The American University in 1994.^[1][4]
