Steve Russ (born September 16, 1972[1]) is the Assistant Head Coach/Co-Defensive Coordinator/Secondary Coach for the Air Force Falcons football team. He played American football in the National Football League for the Denver Broncos in 1997, 1999, and 2000 as a linebacker; He also played for the Los Angeles Xtreme in the short-lived XFL. He played at the collegiate level at the United States Air Force Academy.

Russ is a coach at United States Air Force Academy since 2011 and is currently the Defensive Coordinator.
