Stoeneşti is a commune located in Vâlcea County, Romania. It is composed of thirteen villages: Bârlogu, Budurăşti, Deleni, Dobriceni, Gruieri, Gruiu, Mogoşeşti, Neghineşti, Piscu Mare, Popeşti, Stoeneşti, Suseni and Zmeurătu.
