Suty is a former settlement in Modoc County, California.^[1] It was located on the former Great Northern Railway Bieber Line 2.5 miles (4 km) west-southwest of Newell,^[2] at an elevation of 4035 feet (1230 m).^[1] Suty still appeared on USGS maps as of 1951.^[1]
