Svetozar Šapurić (Serbian Cyrillic: Светозар-Бајо Шапурић, born 28 April 1960) is a Serbian football manager and former player. He is the current director of football of APOEL FC.[1]
He spent most of his professional career in Cyprus, therefore obtaining the citizenship.
Born in Vrbas, SR Serbia, FPR Yugoslavia he played in Yugoslavia and Cyprus. After ending his career as footballer, he started a coaching career in Cyprus until November 2011. On 24 November 2011, Chinese Super League club Changchun Yatai signed Šapurić as new head coach of the team.[2]
