Swastha Bharat

Swastha Bharat is an initiative working towards transparency and affordability in healthcare across India. Oxxy International, an organisation working towards affordable and accessible healthcare for all has screened more than 12 million people so far under the Swastha Bharat platform.[1] In the last 10 months, more than 1500 free health camps have been initiated across 120 cities of the country.

Recently BJP President Satish Upadhyay inaugurated Swastha Delhi along with Oxxy International under the Swastha Bharat banner.[2] More and more free health camps are now announced under the joint effort.

Tests like Blood Pressure, Sugar, Lipid Profile, LFT, KFT, Vascular, Cholesterol, Eye, Dental etc., along with free consultation from Gynae, General Physician, Cardio and many more were given free of cost. Various medical centres/ hospitals such as Metro, Fortis, GODOF Hospitals, Saket City, PSRI, Cygnus, Rockland, Aakash, Sharp Sight, Spectra Eye, Centre for Sight, Dr. Batra, Red Cross etc. have shown great interest in Swastha Bharat initiative.[3]
