Tangi is a semi urban city and block in Khordha district, Odisha, India. It has a tehsil also.
The population is close to 15,000 as per the 2001 census. Tangi has several temples, including the Raghunath temple and the Lokanath temple.
Transportation
NH 5 runs through the city. Communication with State capital is very good by road and rail. Railway station is 3 km from the city. By road state capital Bhubaneswar can be reached in one hour.
