Tatiana Čecháková-Vilhelmová (born July 1, 1978, Prague, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech film and stage actress.[1][2] She made her professional debut in Indian Summer (1995), directed by Saša Gedeon, for which she has received her first nomination ever for the Czech Lion. Until now, she has been overall nominated seven times for the award, winning once for her performance in Bohdan Sláma's movie Something Like Happiness (2005). Among others, she is a recipient of international accolades such as a Cottbus Film Festival Award, a Buenos Aires IFIC Award, a Golden Nymph Award, a Sochi IFF Award and a Shooting Stars Award.
Biography
She is 5 ft 3 in tall. As a kid she took lessons in ballet for 9 years, she was a member of well-renowned Kühn's Children Choir. She didn't finish Prague Conservatory, though, as she started her acting career at the age of 16 years.
She is a regular member of the Dejvice Theatre, run by the City of Prague.
She has a two sons, František and Cyril with her former husband Petr Čechák, while the third, called Alois, with her most recent spouse Vojtěch Dyk.
