Tavaris Barnes (born November 2, 1991) is an American football defensive end for the Seattle Seahawks. He played college football at Clemson. Barnes signed with the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent in 2015.

College career

Barnes received a scholarship offer from Clemson University. He was recruited by coach Jeff Scott.

Professional career

New Orleans Saints

On May 2, 2015, Barnes signed with the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent.[1] On September 5, 2015, Barnes made the New Orleans Saints 53-man roster.[2]

Barnes attended Clemson University from 2010-2015 where he played DE/DT.

Barnes attended First Coast High School from 2006-2010 where he played DE/DT.

Seattle Seahawks

On April 28, 2016, less than a week after being waived by the Saints the Seattle Seahawks signed Barnes to their roster.[3]
