Tayla Roberts is an Australian basketball player who has competed for Australian Institute of Sport and the Bulleen Boomers in the Women's National Basketball League (WNBL). Roberts has also represented Australia at two Junior World Basketball Championships
Basketball
Roberts played for the Australian Institute of Sport in the Women's National Basketball League during the 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 seasons and the Bulleen Boomers during the 2011/2012 season. Roberts represented Australia at the 2010 Under 17 World Basketball Championships in France and the 2011 Under 19 World Basketball Championships in Chile. At the Under 19 World Championships she was the highest scorer in any single game, scoring 41 points against Japan. She won the WNBL Rookie of the year in the 2009/2010 season.[1] She played in a 24 November 2010 loss to the Canberra Capitals.[1]
