Teodor Laço

Teodor Laço (born 26 September 1936) is an Albanian writer and diplomat and is a former Minister of Culture[1] (1994-1997) and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Russian Federation.[2][3]

Born in Dardhë in 1934, Laço studied agronomy at the Agricultural University of Tirana.[4] He was the founder and leader of Liberal Union Party of Albania.[5]
