It is taken from their 1996 album Moseley Shoals and was the third single to be released from this album, following "The Riverboat Song" and "You've Got It Bad". The single was also released as an acoustic alternative on a second CD, with additional B-sides, one of which "Justine" is a re-recording and had originally appeared on their self-titled debut album.
