Thomas A. Lockhart[2] (born September 29, 1935 in Casper, Wyoming) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives representing District 57 since January 2001.

Education

Lockhart earned his BS in electrical engineering from the University of Wyoming and his MBA from Portland State University.
