Times Square Studios is the daytime television arm of the ABC Entertainment Group, itself a division of the Disney-ABC Television Group and is named after the facilities of the same name.

History

Times Square Studios (TSS) was created on December 2, 2011 to oversees operations of ABC Daytime and the syndication programs[1] replacing separate daytime and syndicated units.[2] Except for Live! with Kelly, Time Square took over their remaining soap, all ABC syndicated and lifestyle shows.[3]
