Tyner is an unincorporated community located in Jackson County, Kentucky, United States. The town only consists of a junction with U.S. Route 421 and Kentucky Route 3630. It has a post office and an abandoned gas station. Although its center is quite small, the vicinity is the most populous of the county, and the elementary school in the area is the most populated in the county with 470 students.
