Uciąż [ˈut͡ɕɔ̃ʂ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Płużnica, within Wąbrzeźno County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland.^[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Płużnica, 6 km (4 mi) west of Wąbrzeźno, and 34 km (21 mi) north-east of Toruń.
