The Field Elm cultivar Ulmus minor 'Microphylla Purpurea' was first described by C. de Vos , Handboek, 203, 1887.[1]

Description

C. de Vos described the tree as differing only slightly from Ulmus campestris 'Microphylla Rubra'.

Cultivation

Probably extinct.
