Underground Voices is an independent American book publisher, publishing 1-5 books a year. Originally started as an online literary magazine in 2004, Underground Voices expanded into a small press in 2009. In 2013, it became an independent book publisher only and in 2015, it started the Underground Voices E-Series, publishing individual shorts and novellas for sale as E-books. Underground Voices is based in Los Angeles.
