Valerie Abou Chacra

Valerie Abou Chacra (born January 15, 1992) is a Lebanese actress, radio announcer, model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Lebanon 2015.[1] She participated in Miss World 2015 on December 19 in Sanya, China and ended as a third runner up being the first Lebanese to place in the top 5 of Miss World. She also topped Miss World leaderboard with 425 points, the highest score in the interview challenge.

Biography

Valerie studied at the Lebanese American University in Beirut, where she graduated in June 2015, in TV and Radio Studies.

Valerie has acted in many Lebanese series and Arabic publicities.

Her father's name is Jihad. Her mother's name is Gisele. She has 3 sisters : Melissa, Magalie and Justine.

Justine was in a car accident in August 2014 that left her unable to walk. Valerie dedicated her glory to her sister.

Miss Lebanon 2015

On October 12, 2015 Valerie was crowned Miss Lebanon 2015 at Casino du Liban. The pageant was televised on LBCI and LDC. As Miss Lebanon, Valerie competed at the Miss World 2015 pageant.

Miss World 2015

3rd runner-up. Note that she was Global Beauties and Missosology's favorite for the crown, topping their prediction leaderboards for 3 consecutive weeks.

Later, Valerie was awarded the Most Beautiful Face in the World title, as well as the most beautiful candidate from the continent of Asia by Global Beauties magazine.
