Vasanthageethangal (Malayalam:വസന്തഗീതങ്ങള്‍. Meaning: Songs of spring) is a Malayalam light music album composed by Raveendran in 1984. The lyrics of the songs were written by Bichu Thirumala and the songs were sung by K. J. Yesudas and K. S. Chithra. The album was produced by Yesudas' Tharangini Records. The album was very popular in Kerala and is considered as evergreen. It is one of the highest selling albums of Tharangini. The album was first released in 1984 under the label Tharangini Music. Later it was released in 1992 by Tharangini and BMG Crescendo. It was again released in late 2000s by Tharangni. Most of the songs from this album were still performed by children in school and college competitions in the light music category.[1][2]
