Vasanthiyum Lakshmiyum Pinne Njaanum is a 1999 Malayalam language tragedy drama film directed by Vinayan. The film features Kalabhavan Mani, Kaveri, Praveena and Saikumar in the lead roles. It was produced by Kabeer, Latheef and Vindhyan under the banner of Thriveni Productions and has been distributed by Sargam Speed Release. The film won two National Film Awards including a Special Jury Award for Kalabhavan Mani. Mani's performance as a blind singer is highly regarded as the best in his career.

Vasanthiyum Lakshmiyum Pinne Njaanum was later remade to Tamil as Kasi and in Telugu as Seenu Vasanthi Lakshmi.

M. G. Sreekumar got the National Film Award for Best Male Playback Singer the second time for the song 'Chanthupottum Chankelassum'.
