Verneřice (German Wernstadt) is a town in Děčín District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The town covers an area of 31.38 square kilometres (12.12 sq mi), and has a population of 1,088 (as at 28 August 2006).
Verneřice lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south-east of Děčín, 19 km (12 mi) east of Ústí nad Labem, and 65 km (40 mi) north of Prague.
