Geography
Victoria Township covers an area of 53.8 square miles (139 km2) and contains one incorporated settlement, Victoria. According to the USGS, it contains two cemeteries: Saint Boniface and Saint George.
The streams of Mud Creek and North Fork Big Creek run through this township.
